As long as you don't ask them to make changes, they will clean your house. They also missed behind some of our furniture and we found that there was some dust. After the second or third cleaning, we noticed some areas that were missed. I think some sheets were put on backwards, but that's OK. We just brought it to their attention. I started a full-time job and could not go back through and do housework on my own last year. Halfway through the year, I looked behind my couch and it was filthy with dog hair and dust. I brought it to their attention and was told that they don't move heavy objects. There is a foot space in back of my couch. I also looked under beds that had a similar issue. Although, they stated that they did not move heavy objects, a vacuum hose and head could get these places. There was also dust on top of my refrigerator. We have a house with three kids and a dog but we try to be reasonable. I try to clean before they come. Recently, they cancelled on us. That happens. The following week they switched days last minute. My house was left open and we were at work. This happened once before. I asked if they please would tell us with enough advance notice in the future. Our service then declined. So they switched days on us, and I happened to be home. I noticed the one woman banging into my furniture with the vacuum. On several occasions, food was stacked up in the kitchen, and I found that it molded. Unfortunately, I have Lyme disease, so we just can't have that. I did bring this to their attention, but It seemed like this group did not like criticism. I would usually pay via Venmo, and admittedly wait until the day before, so that they wouldn't cancel last minute. They asked if I could pay via check and I agreed. But when I mentioned a couple of things that I needed paid close attention to, they just quit the day before they were supposed to come. Overall, the women were trustworthy in my house, but unfortunately, I feel like I wasn't getting what I paid for with cleaning. I had a deep clean which was very reasonably priced - especially for the high quality. They cleaned things I didn't even think of like ceiling fans, blinds, and even cleaned and organized inside the fridge and my cluttered shelves. My place has never looked, smelled, or felt better! Clear communication and friendly staff. They even asked if I had any allergies to cleaning supplies before they started. Great business all around. Can't wait to stay regular cleanings now.
