• How long will my cleaning services take? The initial services will take longer, depending on the size and conditions of the property.
  • How many team members will clean my house? We have groups of two or three team members. It depends on the size of the house scheduled for the day.
  • What if I’m not satisfied with a service? We try our best to meet your expectations every visit. But if you are unhappy with the service, contact us, and we will redo the areas at no cost.
  • Can I ask a team member to remove their shoes when they are in my house? For safety reasons, team members are required to wear shoes all the time while cleaning. We provide shoe covers for them to wear.
  • Are supplies provided? We provide all the supplies. But if you prefer to use your favorite chemicals, we can certainly use them.
  • Do I pay cancellation fees? No. We understand emergencies can happen anytime. We asked you to notify us ASAP, preferably before 12 p.m. the day before your service.
  • Should I tip the team members? The team members do not expect tips. But you are welcome to tip them as a way to recognize their performance.
  • What forms of payments do you accept? We accept Venmo, Zelle, checks, and cash. We all accept all major credit cards.
