· Mop/Vacuum floors

· Change new linen if available organize the bed

· Dust baseboards

Kitchen

· Clean exterior cabinets

· Clean exterior refrigerator

· Clean exterior oven

· Clean interior & exterior microwave

· Clean exterior dishwasher (we do not clean dishes)

· Clean the pantry area

· Clean & wipe the sink

· Clean & wipe countertops & backsplash

· Dust lights

· Clean & mop floors

Living Areas

· Dust all surfaces arms reach

· Dust lights & ceiling fans

· Wipe light switch plates

· Dust air vents

· Dust mini blinds, windowsills

· Dust baseboards

· Empty and replace the wastebasket

· Mop/vacuum floors

Main Entrance/ Laundry

· Clean door entrance

· Wipe exterior washers & dryers

· Clean floors

Important Note to Clients: Our standard Cleaning service is strictly limited to the areas and tasks listed above. To ensure fair pricing and scheduling, any extra rooms, spaces, or tasks outside of this defined scope will incur an additional charge.

Common Add-On Services (Available for an Extra Fee):

Inside Oven Deep Clean
Inside Refrigerator & Freezer Sanitize
Inside Kitchen/Bathroom Cabinets & Drawers (Must be empty)
Finished Basements, Bonus Rooms, or Extra Bedrooms not in the original quote
Detailed hand-wiping of individual blind slats (Standard service includes dusting only)

Explicit Exclusions (Tasks We Do Not Perform):

Washing dishes or cleaning up heavy biohazards/mold
Moving heavy furniture or appliances over 25 lbs
Lifting or climbing higher than a 3-step stool
